One of the most highly-anticipated days on the club cricket calendar is here – it’s Cup Final weekend in the Butlers Irish Senior Cup and Butlers National Cup. And this year there are 150 reasons to celebrate!
This year the festival of finals cricket is being hosted at The Mardyke in Cork, the home ground of Cork County Cricket Club – this year celebrating its 150th anniversary. A stunning venue for watching cricket, there may be no more appropriate venue to host the premier all-Ireland cup finals.
And to add to the occasion, Butlers Chocolates recently came on board as Cup sponsors.
We headed to one of Butlers’ Chocolate Cafes to meet some key players that will feature in the Finals.
