International Cricket Programme

International Cricket Programme

The International Cricket Programme provides aspiring and current professional cricketers from around the world with the complete cricket and life experience.

Aimed at cricketers looking to develop their game through a season overseas, the programme involves daily training sessions with some of the world’s best players and coaches whilst competing in state club competition.

With most overseas players seeking more than one or two days of club cricket each week, the programme was set up to help cricketers maximise their overseas experience.

Programme Structure

The structure of the programme has been designed after liaising with first-class counties and national boards to ensure a blend of support and independence are provided throughout the off-season.

This specific structure aims to assist cricketers with their development as both players and young people and ensure they return home well prepared for the next stage of their cricket careers.

  • Pre-Christmas: a structured 10-week programme covering skill development, strength and conditioning and match play through the NSW club competitions.
  • Post-Christmas: provides bespoke support for players based on their individual requirements.
