FREDIE is a free, certified e-learning module developed in partnership with the Irish Centre for Diversity. Designed for everyone involved in Irish cricket, it provides a practical introduction to Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement, helping create welcoming, respectful and inclusive cricket environments.
Through interactive content, real-life scenarios and reflective exercises, FREDIE helps you understand how everyday actions and decisions can shape positive experiences for everyone involved in cricket.
