Simultaneously, as Talent Pathway Manager, you will oversee the entire youth development structure, ensuring we identify, nurture, and develop talent across the Munster region.

Holywood Cricket Club 1881 is based in Holywood, County Down, 5 miles from Belfast. Our Men’s, Women’s and Youth sections are among the most active in Northern Ireland with ~180 participants aged 3 to adult.

We have 3 Adult Men’s Teams and 3 Adult Women’s Teams and 1 U17, 2 U15, 3 U13 and 1 U11 teams for both boys and girls.

The Club now intends to add a performance emphasis where appropriate. We see the Club Head Coach as an important investment in our growth, and a commitment to the current members and the continued success of the club.

Job Description

The Candidate is primarily responsible for ensuring that Senior Men’s and Women’s training sessions are planned, coordinated, organised, and run at a high standard, maximising participation, enjoyment, inclusion, and technical development. They will also Coach all Men’s and Women’s 1st XI matches and, where available, all 2nd and 3rd XI matches, to run warmups, monitor player’s performances, and give advice and instruction where appropriate.

Duration: March 1st and ongoing. They will have oversight of the Youth Sections.
