An energetic all-rounder who plays with freedom, ‘LouLou’ was forced to evolve from an opening quick into a batter when injury stopped her from bowling for a number of seasons. Back fit and bowling, she is the quintessential 3-D cricketer with the real ability to add value in all three facets of the game.

Back fit and bowling, she is the quintessential 3-D cricketer with the real ability to add value in all three facets of the game.

Debuting a month before she turned 15, LouLou was the second member of her immediate family to represent Ireland when she travelled to Dubai and faced England. Her brother Josh had debuted a year earlier.

She hails from Pembroke, a club that seems to churn out not only internationals, but also fast bowlers. Following in the footsteps of Louise and Barry McCarthy, Kim Garth and others, LouLou aspires to win a hundred caps for her country – and she’s well on her way to doing just that.
