Jane is a swing bowler with a magnetic personality – she is fast becoming central to the Ireland squad’s bowling attack. She announced herself onto the international stage when she held her nerve in the final over against South Africa on T20I debut to help Ireland to a historic victory.

Never one likely to forget her roots, Jane plays gaelic football and camogie for her local club, Skerries Harps, whenever she can.

Having already represented her country at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, she has set her sights on making it to a 50-over World Cup – a feat made difficult in recent times by the fact that only eight teams qualify. That is set to change with the 2029 World Cup expanding to a 10-team tournament increasing Ireland’s, and Jane’s, chances of appearing on the world stage in that format.
