Cara has all the personality you would expect from a legspinner and then some. An exciting prospect with her skillset, her best figures to date came in January 2024 when she took six wickets against Zimbabwe in Harare.

Having finished her degree in Sports Studies at Ulster University in 2023, Cara has since focused all of her attention on the difficult art of legspin. Her proudest achievement to date is helping Ireland to the 2023 T20 World Cup, and she aims to keep playing at the top level for a long time to come.

A thinking cricketer, Murray is tactically astute as well as a handy lower-order batter.
