Arlene was also awarded the ICC Women’s Player of the Month for August 2023 after dominating the three-match T20I series against Netherlands taking 10 wickets at an incredible average of just 4.30.
Originally hailing from New Zealand where she played for Auckland Hearts, she is already Ireland Women’s 3rd highest wicket-taker and looks firmly establish in the squad’s senior leadership group.
