CHATTOGRAM – Today’s match between Bangladesh Emerging and Ireland Wolves has been suspended on medical advice.

Prior to today’s game, both squads received negative results after Covid tests, and the game proceeded on that basis. However, a review of results by mid-morning had detected one positive test in the Ireland Wolves squad.

As per the Covid management protocol, play was suspended and the player was immediately isolated ahead of a further test today.

Further updates will be made in due course.
