The Leinster development squad today depart to Durham to complete their 11th tour to the North East of England.
The Leinster squad will be participating in the prestigious ‘Hilton Newcastle Gateshead Cricket Championship’ in Durham, England.

The 12-man LCU squad will use the North East’s leading hotel, Hilton Newcastle Gateshead Hotel as their base while on tour – the hotel, regularly used by legendary sporting teams such as Manchester United FC and the Australian cricket team. The squad start the 11th tour celebrations with a training session at Bunofield CC.

The five-day tour sees the Leinster squad complete a schedule of two training camps (Monday and Friday) and three limited overs matches against NUSC at Annfield Plain CC (Durham).
