The draws have been made for the second rounds of both the Irish Senior and National Cups.
Holders Waringstown face an away tie at Eglinton – one of only two NW sides left in the last 16. The other, Fox Lodge, are also at home, entertaining YMCA.

Cork County have home advantage over 1986 winners Phoenix, while last year’s beaten finalists Merrion play Carrickfergus.

Instonians have a tough tie at Shaw’s Bridge against Pembroke, while Derriaghy’s reward for a win over Donemana is a home match against Co. Galway.

The competition’s most successful side North County – five time winners – have a derby encounter with Malahide, while arguably the tie of the round sees The Hills – winners in 2012 and 2014 – playing CIYMS. The NCU side’s professional is former South African Test player Justin Kemp, who took four wickets in their win over Brigade yesterday.

In the National Cup, holders Rush travel to Dundrum, while Lurgan host Limerick. Ballyspallen face Civil Service, Ballaghaderreen take on former finalists Balbriggan, and North Kildare have a home tie against Co. Kerry.

Midleton make the long journey to Woodvale, while in the NW, Sion Mills host Laois and Newbuildings entertain Terenure.

All second round ties take place on this Sunday, May 29th, with the reserve date scheduled for Sunday June 19th.
