Ireland will warm up for their T20 World Cup Qualifying campaign with a three match T20 international series against co-hosts Scotland in June.
Bready in County Tyrone will host the teams in the first senior internationals to be played at the picturesque venue.*

For Irish international Craig Young, it would be a dream come true to play for his country on his home ground.

“It would be a fantastic honour to play at Bready in an international game. I know just how hard everyone at the club has worked over the years towards that ambition, and it would be extra special for me as a Bready lad to feature in a little piece of history.

“The ground and square are in great condition and should ensure an even contest between batsmen and bowlers.

“I’ve got happy memories in my games against Scotland so far, taking six wickets on debut against them at Clontarf here in 2013, and also five wickets in the ODI at Malahide last year.

“It should be a great series with players battling for places in the qualifiers, and I’m certain the NW fans will come out in force to support the team.”

The games will take place on Thursday June 18 (5.30pm), Friday June 19 (5.30pm), and Sunday June 21 (2pm).

Tickets are priced at £5 adult, £4 OAP’s, while Under 16’s are free. There is a special three match package costing just £12 for adults. Further details on www.cricketireland.ie
