Following a large amount of interest from coaches and clubs in the North-West, Cricket Ireland has decided to replace the ECB Coach Level Two course in March 2013, with the ECB Coaching Assistant Level One course.
The main reasons for the change are the following:

· Most clubs in the North-West have expressed a desire to increase the numbers in their coaching teams

· More interest expressed in the Level One course than Level Two

· Some clubs are looking to establish new coaching teams, as their numbers of active coaches has reduced.

NB: For coaches in the North-West, who are looking to complete the ECB Coach Level Two award over the winter, there is a course running in the Belfast region in January. (6, 13, 27 JAN & 3 FEB at Grosvenor School). Please email coached@irishcricket.org or call +353833779208 if you would like to register.
