Cricket Connects aims to provide:

Cricket Connects is a Cricket Ireland initiative supported by Sport Ireland and the Dormant Accounts Fund, delivered in partnership with the Provincial Unions.

It is a targeted project aiming to deliver:

1. quality assured training modules to existing or prospective Activators who can
2. deliver valuable cricketing experiences to people and groups not usually accessing cricket or physical activity opportunities.

There are two strands to the Cricket Connects project: Cricket Connects Activator Training and Cricket Connects Community. 

Cricket Connects activator training is comprised of 6 modules:

• Leadership
• Multi-Cultural Awareness
• Sports Inclusion and Disability Awareness
• CricHIIT
• Smash It
• It’s Wicket!
