In good news for Irish grassroots cricket, Clear Treasury have agreed a new sponsorship deal for the Irish Senior Cup and National Cup competitions.

Clear Treasury, already the Official Currency Exchange Partner for Cricket Ireland, have now extended their support for Irish cricket into the domestic game.

“Clear Treasury’s increased investment in Irish cricket for a further three years is a welcome boost at a landmark time for the sport,” said Dennis Cousins, Commercial Director at Cricket Ireland.

“It’s a very positive development for the domestic game which will see Clear Treasury become the title sponsor of our two premium all-Ireland club competitions. This partnership underlines the growing importance and appeal of the club game in Ireland and will aid the growth of grassroots cricket across the country.”

Paul Reilly, Head of Ireland for Clear Treasury, said:

“Through our consumer brand, Clear Currency, the Clear Treasury group are delighted to continue its support of cricket in Ireland as the official currency partner and to announce its new sponsorship of both the Irish Senior and National Cups. We hope this will further grow domestic cricket in Ireland, and the Cricket Ireland brand on the global stage.”

The first round of both cup competitions starts on Saturday 19 May 2018, with finals played on the weekend of 1-2 September 2018.
