Ireland Women made the most of a rain delay over the weekend, with the side being featured on Sky Sports News HQ after a video of them playing football went viral on the internet.
The side were in Wales and Warwickshire to face Wales and Scotland last weekend when heavy rain meant just 10 overs of play were possible over both days. With so much time to kill and the heavy rain meaning they were stuck inside, wicket-keeper Mary Waldron took centre stage in the Header Challenge completing a return header with each member of the squad around the dressing room.
A video of the team making it all the way round the room was posted to facebook and twitter and subsequently was shown on Sky Sports News HQ, with more than 20,000 people seeing the video online, and countless more seeing the girls on Sky Sports.
