Cricket Ireland has announced that next week’s Newstalk Inter-Provincial Championship game between Leinster Lightning and North West Warriors will now take place in Malahide, and not College Park as originally scheduled.
The decision to switch the match from College Park to Malahide comes on the back of reservations about the standard of the playing surface expressed by players and officials following Leinster Lightning’s game with Northern Knights last week.
Play gets underway at Malahide at 11am on Tuesday, July 1st. Live scoring of the match will be available on www.cricketireland.ie.
