Selfless leg bye
Ireland Men make it 2-from-2 against Italy; Tector hits remarkable 96*

The Ireland Women’s team get their season underway on Sunday when they travel to take on Lancashire and Durham in the ECB County Championship Division 2.
This is the first outing of the summer for Trent Johnston’s charges following the World Twenty20 Championships, with the selectors naming 11 of the squad that traveled to Bangladesh for this weekend’s fixtures.
This is Ireland’s second season in Division 2, having missed out on the play-offs last season, and the squad have set their sights on finishing top of the table this time around and gaining automatic promotion to ECB’s top tier.
Eight tough games against county opposition stand between the Girls in Green and the coveted top spot in the 50-over competition, but Johnston has an experienced international side at his disposal that is more than up to the task.
First up for the Women is their clash with Lancashire at Liverpool Cricket Club on Sunday, before they make the journey north to Durham City Cricket Club where they take on on Durham on Monday.
Ireland Women:
