Ireland Men make it 2-from-2 against Italy; Tector hits remarkable 96*

Ireland’s final preparations for the international matches against the West Indies in Jamaica continued today in Trinidad where they lost a Twenty20 match by 7 wickets to a Trinidad & Tobago Select XI.
Paul Stirling’s good recent form continued as he top scored again for Ireland, with 44 from 27 balls but despite a super start with Ireland 48 for 0 after 5 overs the innings lost momentum and Ireland posted a slightly sub par 141 for 5 from their 20 overs.

The local captain Justin Guillen played a fine innings of 51 not out from just 34 balls to guide his side home to a seven wicket win.
