International cricket legends Rod Marsh and Phil Simmons conducted the draws for the quarter-finals of the RSA Irish Senior and National Cup draws during the lunch interval of the Ireland XI versus Australia A game at Stormont.
The pair, who have a combined total of 122 Test caps and 235 One-Day international appearances between them, managed to draw out some mouth-watering clashes for the most prestigious competition in Irish domestic cricket.
Cricket Ireland President Robin Walsh oversaw the draw with both teams in attendance.
Civil Service North entertain holders The Hills at Stormont, while YMCA, who have never won the competition, have home advantage over five times winners North County in an all Leinster clash.
Three times winners Waringstown take on 2010 champions Merrion at The Lawn, while Fox Lodge, the North West’s sole representative, face 1990 finalists Clontarf.
In the RSA National Cup Rush are home to Dundrum, while Malahide, who knocked out holders Muckamore in the previous round, are rewarded with a home tie against County Galway.
There’s an all NCU clash at Queensway where Derriaghy host Cliftonville, while the final tie sees Laurevale hosting Mullingar.
