Ava Canning forced to withdraw from Ireland Women’s squad

Paul Stirling showed off his all-around skills in Dhaka today at the BPL and despite starring at the top of the order with the bat, it was a magic moment in the field that really caught the eye.
Stirling dominated the Khulna Royal Bengals attack, smashing 66 from just 39 balls with 9 fours and 2 sixes contributing the lion’s share in an opening partnership of 134 in just 13.5 overs with West Indian legend Shivnarine Chanderpaul.
However, that wasn’t his only contribution for the day. His outstanding piece of athletic fielding on the boundary looked more suited to the football pitch in Old Trafford than the dusty cricket field in Dhaka!
Stirling deservedly picked up his second Man of the Match award of the Bangladesh Premier League.
