The next match in the Newstalk Inter-Provincial Series takes place at the same venue, North Down Cricket Club, tomorrow when the Knights take on the Warriors in the IP50 – play gets underway at 11am and admission is free.

Johnny Thompson crashes a four through extra-cover to secure the 3 wicket win for the Warriors!

Ricky-Lee Dougherty holes out to deep mid-wicket – squeaky bum time as the Warriors need 14 to win off 2 overs!

OUT! Big wicket for the Knights – Brian Allen is caught by Jones in the covers off Cameron-Dow, 102-6 off 17 overs – 19 needed from 3 overs!

WICKET! Brilliant caught and bowled by Greg Thompson dismisses Riddles for 7. The Warriors still need 31 to win off 6 overs – game in the balance, which way will to go?

CAUGHT & CAUGHT! Shannon and Thompson combine twice in the over to remove Moran (16) & McBrine (6) – the Warriors are 79-4 off 12 overs. 42 runs to win in 8 overs.

17.06 We’re back underway here at The Green – Nigel Jones with the new ball for the Knights, Stuart Thompson and David Rankin open the batting for the Warriors.

16.55 We’ve just had the £10,000 competition – one lucky Knights supporter had a chance to hit a stump from 40 yards away to win the prize…and it was so close, but didn’t hit unfortunately! Great effort!
