Another spectacular season of the Inter-Provincial Series 2021 was run and won, with both individual and team performances demonstrating that the competition just continues to get better every year. Here is a brief highlights package of the season we had.
The peak domestic 50-over Cup competition did not disappoint, after it was announced pre-season that the Munster Reds would feature in this format for the first time and a new player selection policy would aim to create a more competitive, “best v best” competition.
Leinster Lightning held off the North West Warriors to claim their eighth-straight Cup title.

The peak domestic T20 Trophy competition went down to the wire after the squads also benefitted from the new player selection policy that created a more competitive, “best v best” competition.
The North West Warriors held off late challenges to claim their second-ever T20 Trophy, and the first silverware under new Head Coach Gary Wilson.
