The North County and Leinster Lightning all-rounder has spoken of his delight at his maiden international call up to the Ireland squad after hearing the news last week.
Richardson has starred in all formats of the game for both his club North County and his province Leinster this season. He is a long distance, long time leader of the national MVP rankings in the Premier Leagues as well and the call up comes as a great reward for a great year.
