2013 will see the launch of the Inter-Provincials and each of the three Provincial Union sides has been asked to submit a name for their team in the 50 Over and Twenty 20 format.
The North West Provincial Union has released a shortlist of five possibilities following a request for submissions to the NW Cricket Scores facebook page.The short-list of five names being considered is as follows:
North West Attackers
North West Chargers
North West Nitros
North West Thunder
North West Warriors
The winner will be selected from these five possibilities by the North West Inter-Pro committee/ Board of Control and will be announced in due course. This team name will apply only to the team name in the 50 Over and Twenty20 format and not the three-day format.
