Ireland international and Northern Knight Jacob Mulder has been fined and reprimanded after pleading guilty to breaches of team protocols.
Jacob Mulder has been issued with a reprimand and fined by Cricket Ireland after failing to attend two team engagements.
The 21 year-old is a category A contracted player with Cricket Ireland, but has recently been injured with a stress reaction of his back involving a rehabilitation programme.
The player pleaded guilty to the breaches of both the Ireland and Northern Knights team protocols. The money from the fine will be used to help fund an education programme for the player.
Mulder has played 13 times for Ireland since making his debut against Hong Kong in 2016.
He has taken 19 wickets in those games at an average of 19.68, with his best bowling display of 4 for 16 coming in a T20I victory over Scotland.
