A series of coaching sessions were recently held for the U’11’s age-group. Girls from both North and South Leinster attended the sessions at St Mary’s College, Rathmines held over five Sunday mornings during November and December. The girls were put through a variety of skill drill exercises whilst also introduced to a number of new small-sided games.
