Isobel Joyce and Clare Shillington are the two Ireland players who feature prominently in the latest ICC T20 rankings published today.
Ireland skipper Joyce remains in third spot in the all-rounder rankings, just behind the West Indian superstar Stafanie Taylor and Siriwardena of India.
Joyce also features in the battings rankings in 19th slot.
Ireland’s most capped player, Clare Shillington is the highest ranked batter, currently in 10th slot.
Ireland arrive in Sylhet today following encouraging performances in their two warm up defeats by Sri Lanka and India.
They play their first fixture on Tuesday against New Zealand at the Sylhet International Stadium – the scene of Ireland’s Men T20 World Cup exit against The Netherlands on Friday.
