England U19s vs Ireland U19s – Friday 20th Game Cancelled
The England U19 International versus Ireland U19 today at Loughborough, has had to be cancelled due to a waterlogged pitch.
The England U19 squad will now continue their training and preparation at the National Cricket Performance Centre ahead of the ICC Under 19 World Cup next month in Australia.
Ryan Eagleson the Ireland Under 19 Coach said, ‘ I’m very disappointed for the boys as it’s been the sixth match for us in our build up to the World Cup that has been abandoned due to the weather, we’ll get a good training session in here today ahead at Loughborough however and everyone’s looking forward to getting out to Australia.’
