Rain puts paid to play on day two of Ireland A three-day match against the MCC
Day two of the three-day match between Ireland A and the MCC in Stormont was washed out today.
The bad weather yesterday meant that only 36 overs were bowled on the first day, MCC scoring 146-2 before the rain started to come down just before the day’s play was due to finish.
Play was abandoned just after 3pm today.
