The fixtures and venues for the 2015 Inter-Provincial Series have been confirmed today, with the season getting underway in Stormont on Friday May 1st.
There will be two matches that opening weekend, with the Northern Knights facing Leinster Lightning in the IP T20 Trophy on the Friday, before hosting the North-West Warriors in the 50-over IP Cup on Monday May 4th. Both games will be held in Stormont.

The IP Championship season will start two weeks later in Clontarf as the Lightning take on the Warriors in the first three-day clash of the season.

The Warriors will have to wait until May 17th for their first home tie, when they host the Knights at Coleraine in the IP Cup.

There will be no fixtures at all during July to allow for the ICC World T20 Qualifiers to take place. All Inter-Provincial T20 fixtures will also be completed by June 12th to give Ireland’s selectors maximum opportunity to see Inter-Provincial players in T20 action before the tournament.

All other formats will continue into August though, with the final IP Cup fixture taking place in Strabane on August 30th. The season will come to end nearly two weeks later though, when the Knights visit the Lightning in the final IP Championship match of the season.
