Please find below important safety regulations and the ticket refund policy information for the RSA Challenge, Ireland v Australia, One Day International, Stormont, 23rd June 2012.
Tomorrow will hopefully see the sun come out and have the ground looking like the above for the big match – beneath are all the details of the Ground Entrance Regulations and in case the weather doesn’t relent the Ticket Refund Policy.
Ground Entrance Regulations
FOR YOUR SAFETY:
1. In the interest of safety, all spectators and their bags will be searched on entering the ground.
2. Alcohol, metal cans, metal objects or glass containers may not be brought into the ground.
3. No large flags / banners, sticks or poles are allowed into the ground. Umbrellas are allowed
4. Please respect the “No Smoking” policy within all internal areas (including corporate hospitality within the
RSA Pavilion).
5. Please retain your match ticket at all times during the day. You must show your ticket to be admitted into the stands.
6. If you wish to leave the ground you must have your ticket scanned ‘out’ prior to leaving. You must present your match ticket for rescanning in order for you to be re-admitted to the ground.
7. In the event of an emergency it may be necessary to evacuate the ground. Please listen to PA announcements and follow the directions of the Stewards in your area.
8. Please do not leave your bags unattended in any part of the ground.
9. In the interest of other spectators, walking in front of the stands is not permitted during the over.
Movement out of seats will only be permitted in between overs.
10. Should you require any help or assistance during your visit please contact the nearest steward.
11. We would like to remind all fans that entry on to the playing area before, during and following a match is strictly forbidden.
12. Racist abuse and other gratuitously offensive abuse towards players, officials and other spectators are not part of the game and will attract the attention of stewards and the police and will almost certainly result in ejection from the ground.
13. The Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person carrying or wearing any other items or substances that may be deemed to be offensive, disruptive, dangerous or likely to infringe any party’s rights or any party’s safety or security or any dangerous article or substance not referred to above. The Event Authority also reserves the right to deny entry to any person who in the opinion of the Safety Officer poses a threat to
the safety of spectators in the ground or whose presence poses a threat to public order.
Ticket refund Policy
In the event that the match is affected by the weather, 100% refund of the purchase price will be made in the event that no play is possible or 9.5 overs or less are bowled. Ticket holders who have purchased their tickets by credit or debit card will receive a credit for the purchase price within 28 days. Ticket holders who have made cash purchases should apply to the Ticketmaster van on the day of the match for a ticket refund application form and once completed send it along with your match ticket to the address shown.
