The opening day of the Hanley Energy Inter-Provincial Championship match between the North-West Warriors and Leinster Lightning has been abandoned due to the conditions in Bready.
Heavy rain since Sunday has left the ground extremely wet, with early morning rain leaving standing water on the field and after an inspection at 10.30am the umpires decided that the field was not fit for play.
The teams will return tomorrow (Wednesday) to begin the match should conditions improve.
