Today marks six months until the big summer of international cricket hits Irish shores, with England visiting Dublin to take on Ireland in Malahide.
It was 2013 when England last visited Ireland and 10,000 fans packed into Fortress Malahide to see Ireland come close to a famous victory. Once again The Village Ground in Malahide will be transformed to welcome thousands of fans for the first home match of an action packed Summer of Cricket for Ireland.
Tickets are already being snapped up for the clash, which takes place on Friday 8th May, with fans eager to be a part of another fantastic day at Malahide. The match comes after the 2015 Cricket World Cup, and will mark the start of a busy summer for Irish cricket, with the ICC World T20 Qualifiers (July) and an ODI with Australia (August 27th) already confirmed.
Supporters of both teams can get tickets for the match from Ticketmaster , with Adult tickets just €45 and Junior tickets only €15.
