What is On the Front Foot?

On the Front Foot supports the innovation, creativity, and leadership growth of Future Female Cricket Leaders in Ireland. In partnership with Carrie on Developing, the programme blends action learning with cross-region connection, offering a safe space to share experiences and challenges. Participants receive tailored professional development, including access to coaching mentors and experts from sport and beyond.
