New Award introduced

KB Sports Hub named title sponsor for new T20 Festival Award

DUBLIN – KB Sports Hub have been announced as the title partner for a new ‘Player of the Festival’ Award that has been introduced for the men’s Inter-Provincial T20 Festivals and women’s Evoke Super T20 Festivals going forward. 

The Award will be a €175 or £150 voucher from KB Sports Hub.

Speaking about their decision to support these competitions, KB Sports Hub co-founders Yogesh Kashyap and Arun Kumar were speaking from their store in Dublin. Mr Kumar said:

“At KB Sports Hub, cricket is not just our business, it’s our passion.  We are proud to partner with Cricket Ireland and to support these important domestic T20 competitions through the new ‘KB Sports Hub Player of the Festival Award’. The competitions just improve in standard year-on-year, and we are delighted to be involved in recognising some of these fantastic performances.”

The new award will retrospectively be presented to players at T20 Festivals already played and will continue forward.

Men’s Inter-Provincial Series winners

  • Cork T20 Festival: Stephen Doheny
  • Belfast T20 Festival: Harry Tector
  • Bready T20 Festival: Tim Tector
  • Dublin T20 Festival: to be played 8-10 July

Women’s Evoke Super Series winners

  • Bready T20 Festival: Amy Hunter
  • Railway Union T20 Festival: Orla Prendergast
  • Merrion T20 Festival: to be played 6-7 July 2025
