Little, 25, has signed up with Middlesex Cricket to play for the club during the 2025 season when his international and Irish domestic commitments allow.
The Pembroke quick is set to primarily feature for Middlesex in T20 cricket for this season’s Vitality Blast campaign, although is available to represent the club in other formats if required.
Little has played in some of the biggest franchise teams around the world including Gujarat Titans, Trinbago Knight Riders, Pretoria Capitals, Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, LA Knight Riders, the Dambulla Giants, as well as, both Manchester Originals and Welsh Fire in the Hundred.
The left-arm bowler of course isn’t the first Irish player to play for Middlesex. He joins a notable list including cricketers such as Ed Joyce, Eoin Morgan, Paul Stirling, Andrew Balbirnie and Tim Murtagh.
Little had this to say about the opportunity:
“It’s an honour and a privilege to have the opportunity to be part of Middlesex, one of the most prestigious cricket clubs in our game. I can’t wait to meet everyone, see some familiar faces, and put in the hard yards both on and off the field. I’d like to thank Middlesex for putting their trust in me, and I’m thoroughly looking forward to what’s to come. The opportunity to play at Lord’s is hugely exciting and I can’t wait to get going.”
